A 38-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were arrested in Bath, NY, after their 10-month-old baby crawled out of an open second-story window. The police were called when a passerby noticed the baby and climbed onto the roof to rescue the child before it fell. Both adults were inside the apartment during the incident and face charges of endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment. A third party is now caring for the children, and both accused are being held without bail.
