"It is unclear why there isn't sufficient time to prepare," Subramanian said during a two-hour-hearing in Manhattan federal court.
Those witnesses will take the stand alongside Combs' ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who sources familiar with the case have confirmed to The Post has agreed to testify using her real name.
