Marc Piovanetti, a former guitarist from the thrash-metal bands Carnivore and Crumbsuckers, has been charged with sexually assaulting a missing New York City teenager found in his New Jersey home. The 58-year-old musician, already a registered sex offender, allegedly met the girl, aged between 13 and 16, through a dating app. He is accused of supplying her with marijuana and assaulting her over a two-day period. His wife, Jennifer, has also been charged for allegedly allowing the abuse to occur. Both are currently in custody awaiting court appearances.
