"Jane was the best. She made me what I am. There would be no Dumbo without Jane," her husband David Walentas stated during the renaming ceremony.
"Jane understood just how central the arts were to this community," said Council Member Lincoln Restler, reflecting on her impact as both an artist and community builder.
