The 48th annual TD Five Boro Bike Tour saw 32,000 cyclists navigate a 40-mile course in windy conditions. The event began at 7:30 a.m. in lower Manhattan. Ken Podziba, CEO of Bike New York, noted the weather was better than the previous year’s rainy tour. Participants included riders from all 50 states and 60 countries. Mayor Zohran Mamdani made history by riding the entire course after speaking at the start. The tour celebrates nearly 50 years of cycling and community love in New York City.
