"There are a couple of restaurants now that sell quote unquote, butter chicken experience, but the one in Musaafer in TriBeCa is my favorite. For $42, you get two flavors of butter chicken. There's a more classic tomato-based curry. It's sweet and intensely smoky and then you get this second grayish-green sauce. One of my favorite parts about the restaurant is just how many types of bread they serve. Just perfect for wiping up the bowl."
