This Calif. restaurant was already an institution. Then Guy Fieri came.
Briefly

'In January, they reached out via email. They tried calling the store - we thought it was a scam,' he said, laughing. 'They were asking for our recipes.' The Petra crew balked at first, but the producers of the show kept reaching out. Slowly but surely, the restaurant became convinced that the outreach was the real deal.'
'My dad comes from Jordan with literally no money in his pocket - his whole American dream is a great storyline - so Guy loved that and then the uniqueness of the food.'
'So in March, we did the filming - it was two days,' Rammy said. 'First day was just the crew filming [us] making recipes.'
'[Fieri's] little joke. His real name, it translates to 'easy,' and you'll see it in the episode. Yeah, that was kind of fun. Now people will come in and say, 'Hey, Easy-T!'
