So when I heard that one of its chefs, Quang 'Q' Nguyen, along with beverage director Jacob Nass, had bolted to start a new wine bar...I resolved to visit earlier rather than later.
The menu is divided into six sections, the first occupied solely by a generous portion of focaccia with olive oil ($6)...The caponata was not too sweet, and seemingly raisin-free.
