Japanese restaurant turns around 1/5 hygiene rating to score 5/5
Briefly

INE BY TAKU in Hampstead High Street has successfully transformed its food hygiene rating from a concerning 1/5 to an impressive 5/5, reflecting significant improvement.
Following an August 15 inspection by Camden Council, the restaurant received a clean bill of health, with inspectors stating that no further action was necessary and all areas scored a perfect 5.
The notable turnaround occurred after a previous inspection on July 5, where inspectors indicated that major improvements were needed in hygiene and management of food safety.
Despite the dramatic change in hygiene ratings, the restaurant noted that there is a delay in the public update of scores on the Food Standards Agency's website.
