Neidich reflects on the neighborhood's revival post-pandemic, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to contribute. Bar Bianchi captures Italian aperitivo culture, featuring a design that melds influences from 1920s Milan and art deco, highlighted by a nostalgic color palette and artwork. With a goal of creating a social gathering spot, Neidich hopes the bar will become a new beacon in the area.
