Wednesday, March 19, I start the day off with an iced coffee and a splash of oat milk from my local coffee shop. There...so you have to get there early.

I have a random loaf of refrigerated bread. I also keep treats around the house as little sugar bursts... four years ago, my mom read that eating gummy bears cures mercury poisoning.
I do think it tastes better; today, I have the cassis flavor. It gives me a good boost, and it's got a lot of immunity stuff in it.
