The soulless Botbar Coffee opened in Greenpoint in May 2023, bringing with it a two-armed robot barista named Adam who ultimately still requires some human oversight.
Soupside launched on November 24, with soups such as potato leek, tomato, and minestrone. It will remain that way until April.
A standalone Don Ceviche now sits at 57 First Avenue, at East Fourth Street.
The exhibit will showcase various art mediums, exploring "the evolution of dim sum restaurants through various pivotal eras as Chinese Americans take charge to shape their own narratives and identities."
