The Arzner's structure features one screen with a capacity for 50 spectators and total space accommodating up to 150 including the bar, demonstrating a focus on intimate gatherings and community engagement.
Notably, Mr Burke mentioned, "We are currently the only LGBTQ+ pub in SE1 and to our knowledge will be the only LGBTQ+ cinema in all of London," showcasing the significance of this venture in the local LGBTQ+ landscape.
