Prosecutors allege that Morris raped the victim in a vehicle afterward despite her repeated protests and requests to stop. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez emphasized that no one is above the law, particularly those sworn to uphold it. Morris was released without bail and is scheduled to return to court on May 8.
