A federal judge has ruled that Martin Shkreli must surrender any digital copies of the unreleased Wu-Tang Clan album to his lawyers by Friday.
According to the Monday ruling, Shkreli is required to report names of individuals he distributed the music to and the revenue generated by September 30.
PleasrDAO calls the ruling an 'important victory' to prevent Shkreli's 'continuing bad acts', while Shkreli's lawyer argues it reflects the legal process's status quo.
Shkreli owned the only physical copy of the Wu-Tang Clan album but had to forfeit it after his securities fraud conviction in 2017.
