The Jesus Lizard is releasing its first studio album in 26 years: Rack, a raucous record recapturing the essence of its best work.
The album, scheduled to be out on Sept. 13, has been in the making for about five years, coinciding with the band's resurgence in celebration.
Vocalist David Yow expressed excitement over the album's lead track, Hide and Seek, boasting about its numerous hooks reminiscent of a pop song.
