"Jordan's last album as Snail Mail, Valentine, came out in 2021. Since then, she's launched a music festival in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, appeared in Jane Schoenbrun's film I Saw the TV Glow, and covered songs by Superdrag, Pavement, Lou Reed, and This Is Lorelei. Jordan will tour Ricochet across North America beginning in April. She'll be joined by Sharp Pins at almost all stops, with additional support coming from Avalon Emerson & the Charm, @, Swirlies, Armlock, and Rocket."
Ricochet is Snail Mail's first album in five years and will be released on March 27 via Matador. The previous Snail Mail album, Valentine, arrived in 2021. Since then, Jordan launched a Baltimore music festival, appeared in the film I Saw the TV Glow, and recorded several covers. Jordan will tour North America beginning in April with Sharp Pins and other supporting acts, and Ricochet contains eleven tracks.
