Paramore's Hayley Williams Officially Releases New Album Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party

Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party collects 17 tracks shared earlier in the summer plus the new bonus song Parachute and is available now on streaming services. Physical releases arrive November 7 via Post Atlantic, Williams' own label started after her 20-year contract with Atlantic ended, distributed by Secretly Distribution. A music video accompanies the title track and a visual for Glum was directed by AJ Gibboney and Zac Farro. Williams and Daniel James wrote, played, and recorded most instruments, with Brian Robert Jones and Joey Howard contributing; Jim-E Stack contributed to True Believer. Prior solo releases include Petals for Armor (2020), the Self-Serenades EP (2020), and Flowers for Vases / Descansos (2021). Paramore released This Is Why in 2023.

Williams and Daniel James wrote, played, and recorded most instruments on Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, with additional help longtime collaborators Brian Robert Jones and Joey Howard. Jim-E Stack also contributed to True Believer. Back in 2020, Williams made her solo debut with the full-length album Petals for Armor. She followed it up with the three-track Petals for Armor: Self-Serenades EP that same year and Flowers for Vases / Descansos in 2021.
