A new Foo Fighters album has been completed and is expected to arrive before the band's next Australian shows, scheduled prior to January 14, 2026. The completion was announced during the band's Launceston, Australia performance. The previous Foo Fighters album, But Here We Are, was released in 2023. In the past year, the band released two standalone tracks, Today's Song and Asking for a Friend. This summer, Foo Fighters will begin a North American stadium tour with Queens of the Stone Age. No official release date for the new album has been provided.
