Mitski releases Nothing's About to Happen to Me on February 27 via Dead Oceans. The lead single "Where's My Phone?" has a Noel Paul–directed music video inspired by Shirley Jackson's We Have Always Lived in the Castle, featuring Mitski as a recluse whose gothic manor is besieged by intruders. Members of Mitski's touring band contributed to the new album. Last year included a concert film and live album recorded during the tour for The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We. Mitski is working on a stage musical adaptation of The Queen's Gambit. The album contains eleven tracks.
