Today we revisit the Meat Puppets' 1984 album, a sun-baked, country-fried, acid-addled cowpunk album that could have come from nowhere else but the Arizona desert.
What he wanted to do was play guitar in a rock'n'roll band and stay perpetually high. And so he worked hard to make his way...music was the only avenue left open to him.
