"Fleet Foxes' melodies and songs have inspired me for as long as I can remember,"
"I feel quite lucky to have been able to experience his genius up close."
"Working with Madison on this was a humbling and enlightening experience! We did maybe 10 takes where she played and sang perfectly every time and I struggled to keep up. She's a force and an inspiration; thank you so much Madison for pushing things forward so masterfully."
Madison Cunningham collaborated with Robin Pecknold of Fleet Foxes on the new song 'Wake' after meeting him backstage. Pecknold praised Cunningham's musicianship, calling the sessions humbling and enlightening and noting she played and sang perfectly across multiple takes. Cunningham won the 2023 Grammy Award for Best Folk Album and released a collaborative album with Andrew Bird covering Buckingham Nicks. Cunningham will support Ace on a North American tour in January, March, and April.
