"Trial by Fire" features some classic metal riffage from guitarists Richie Faulkner and Glenn Tipton, along with singer Rob Halford's anthemic vocals.
"It's the influence of '70s Priest in the progressive sense, but it sounds like Priest in 2023. It's somewhat progressive in that it's not verse-chorus-verse-chorus-solo-chorus-finish. It's musical part-verse-musical part."
Judas Priest will take their new songs on the road, as the band recently announced a Spring 2024 US tour with support from Sabaton.
