As for the release of Now More Than Ever, it will arrive on September 13th via Lookin' For My Denim Records/Thirty Tigers. Spanning 21 tracks, it will feature comedic and musical performances by Early and his band The Lemon Squares, including previously-unreleased material. New highlights include a set from Early's alter-ego, Vicky with a 'V,' and covers, like Madonna's 'American Life,' Aaliyah's 'Rock the Boat,' and more.
Speaking about the album in a statement, Early said, 'I've been performing comedy and music with my long suffering band The Lemon Squares for over 10 years now, and I always assumed that there was no way to capture the magic of our live shows. But listening to this album takes me right back to that sweaty night in downtown Brooklyn, which felt something like being a crazed preacher at a tent revival.'
