Grace Ives will release Girlfriend on March 20 via True Panther/Capitol. The album was written and produced with Ariel Rechtshaid and John DeBold and mixed by Dave Fridmann. Girlfriend follows her 2022 work and a trio of singles released last November. A new song titled "Stupid Bitches" has been made available ahead of the release. Grace shifted from escaping to exploring, gaining personal freedom to take up space, be social, express feelings, and try new things. The album centers on making room to fail, experiment, and become more honest in the music, accompanied by a multi-city North American and European tour.
