Frank Bello, bassist of Anthrax, announced at the NAMM convention that the band's long-awaited album, the follow-up to 2016's 'For All Kings,' is slated for release in September or October 2025. Bello shared excitement about upcoming touring plans and mentioned that the band is ready to showcase his new signature Spector bass guitar during performances. The album has already been recognized as one of the most anticipated heavy LPs of 2025, and fans have been eager for updates since studio reports emerged in May 2023 about their collaboration with producer Jay Ruston.
We have a new Anthrax record [coming out], and it's been about eight years. [Laughs] It's been a while.
If you know Anthrax, you know what we do - we stay on the road for quite a while.
