The soundtrack has hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 twice and currently sits behind Taylor Swift on the albums chart; the film is positioned for Grammy and Oscar consideration. EJAE trained at SM Entertainment from age 11, was dropped in 2015 after twelve years, then shifted to music production. She studied music and psychology at NYU and wrote the melody for Red Velvet's hit "Psycho" during a 2017 songwriting camp. She recently signed with WME and will perform live with Huntr/x.
