“Well, you never know,” said Parton. “There’s so many wonderful country artists that, I guess probably the country music field, they probably thought, well, we can’t really leave out some of the ones that spend their whole life doing that.”
Parton called Beyoncé’s album 'a wonderful album' and said the 'Halo' singer should 'be very, very proud' of making 'Cowboy Carter'.
Parton further praised Beyoncé’s historic country album, noting she was 'fortunate' to be on it, highlighting her strong roots in country music.
