Commitment (ft. Soul Glo's Pierce Jordan) sign to Get Better, share "Hellraiser"
"Commitment is a new-ish Philly hardcore band fronted by Tati Salazar, who previously led the much more melodic indie pop project Le Siren (fka The Childlike Empress), and whose drummer is Soul Glo vocalist Pierce Jordan. With a lineup rounded out by guitarist Jake Smith and bassist Zach Bailey, Commitment released their first demo earlier this year and now they signed to Get Better Records and put out the new single "Hellraiser.""
"The Commitment demo is fast-paced, no-frills hardcore punk with no song reaching the two-minute mark and a couple under one minute, and "Hellraiser" is another high-speed, 60-second rager that makes it clear that this is a very exciting new band. Check out the song and its video (which compiles live footage of the band) below. Commitment have an LP on the way and they're on tour now with likeminded band Stress Positions. All dates are listed below."
