CFCF Announces New Album L.U.V.
"I didn't want to necessarily make a Memoryland 2, but to me this is an organic successor to that album. The overall vibe of L.U.V. is meant to be sort of Eurodance with a sophisticated edge. It's music for an adult lifestyle."
CFCF, a Montreal-based producer, announces L.U.V., his upcoming album releasing June 12 through BGM Solutions. This marks his first album under the CFCF moniker since 2021's Memoryland. The lead single 'Let's Kill Ourselves' features collaborators Touching Ice and TECHG1RLS. Silver describes L.U.V. as an organic successor to Memoryland, characterized by Eurodance with sophisticated elements designed for an adult lifestyle aesthetic. The album represents a distinct artistic direction rather than a direct sequel. Silver has announced tour dates across multiple cities including Oslo, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Brooklyn, and Montreal, with electronic duo Ear accompanying him on California dates.
