Now, the ultra-versatile British pop singer Raye has won six Brit awards in one year, smashing the previous record of four held by Harry Styles, Adele and Blur.
Receiving the biggest award of the night, for album of the year, Raye brought her grandmother on stage in a moment that had many in the crowd in tears as well as Raye herself.
