""Having a child was so transformative it made me consider the possibility that everything in life could potentially shift, and that is scary but incredibly freeing," she said in a press release. Anna Calvi will release the EP Is This All There Is? on March 20, featuring collaborations with Iggy Pop, Laurie Anderson, Matt Berninger, and a previously released Bonnie 'Prince' Billy cover. The lead single, "God's Lonely Man," features Iggy Pop and has an accompanying video. The EP is the first installment of a planned trilogy exploring identity and romance, inspired by Calvi's transformed outlook after becoming a parent. Parenthood prompted existential questioning and a desire to exist in the best way for her child. Calvi has also composed television scores, including two seasons of Peaky Blinders in 2023, and issued a full-length album in 2018 with a reimagined version in 2020.
