"Aerosmith and Yungblud have released their collaborative EP One More Time, featuring four new original songs and an updated version of the classic "Back in the Saddle." The legendary rock band and the rising UK singer previewed the EP in September with the single "My Only Angel," marking Aerosmith's first new music in 12 years. The song, featuring Yungblud and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler sharing vocal duties, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, and remained at the top for three weeks."
"The obvious [thing] is maybe we can go in and write some more music. I haven't really talked to Steven about it, but I know that in our conversations over the last couple of months the words, 'We're never gonna do this again' never came up, so that's a good sign. I guess that's part of the adventure; I'm too young to retire...(and) I know he's got more in him. We'll see."
Aerosmith and Yungblud released the One More Time EP featuring four new original songs plus an updated version of "Back in the Saddle." The lead single "My Only Angel" marked Aerosmith's first new music in 12 years and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, holding the top spot for three weeks. Guitarist Joe Perry praised Yungblud's energy and classic-rock sensibility and suggested the collaboration could inspire further Aerosmith songwriting. Aerosmith have not announced touring plans since retiring from touring, while Yungblud sold out a 2026 North American tour in one minute. The EP is streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.
