Conna Haraway is a producer originally from Bath and now based in Glasgow. Haraway released two EPs in the current year following the 2023 debut album Lusidiq. Spatial Fix is an unhurried 35-minute EP whose opener Freon adopts a tropical trip-hop approach, while Patent closes with dancehall influences. The three-track Shifted appears on Matthew Kent's Short Span label and includes Redirect, a collaboration with Xenia Reaper, Detach, a club-ready four-four, and Duration, featuring trippy phasing and a syncopated beat. The music emphasizes subtle swing, tactile sound design, and layered, misty dub techno textures. Upcoming DJ sets include Manchester and Glasgow, plus a China and Japan tour; Departure releases an album in November.
