Many users across various international forums have reported their Galaxy S10, Note10, M51, and A90 devices experiencing a bootloop issue, which seems linked to a recent SmartThings Framework update.
The bootloop issue occurs during the installation of the SmartThings Framework app update, which began rolling out on the morning of the incident. Users have flooded forums with their complaints shortly after.
To avoid being affected, it's advised to disable auto-updates within the Galaxy Store settings and conduct regular backups of important data, as a factory reset may be required if caught in the bootloop.
As of now, Samsung has not provided an official resolution for this bootloop issue, and customers remain anxiously waiting for a fix.
