Samsung brings back the Repair Bus in Germany: smartphone repair comes to you
Briefly

Samsung is relaunching its mobile Repair Bus service in Germany, starting with cities hosting Euro Football Championship games and expanding to the 15 largest cities by the end of the year.
Customers can request repairs through a webpage, with the bus equipped to handle screen and battery replacements, software updates, and data backups, aiming to assist individuals with diverse tech needs.
The service charges a €20 Premium Service fee for warranty-covered repairs, in addition to repair costs if not under warranty, covering not only smartphones but also tablets.
Samsung plans to extend the Repair Bus service to all German cities with over 20,000 citizens by the end of 2025, offering convenience and on-the-spot repairs to residents.
