Google announced the expansion of Android Device Streaming in partnership with Samsung, Xiaomi, and Oppo, allowing developers to access real physical devices in Android Studio for testing.
The integration of third-party device makers ensures the same performance, stability, and security benefits as with devices provided by Google.
Early access to this expansion will be available later in the year for developers already using the beta release with Google devices.
Omnilab, the device platform for Google, has open-sourced its Android Test Station framework, enabling Samsung, Xiaomi, and Oppo to connect their device labs to Android Device Streaming.
