Instead of the Canadian capital, the promotion will touch down in Winnipeg, Manitoba for the first time since 2017, and just the third time overall."

Malott has won three straight and is coming off a decision over Kevin Holland. Burns is ranked #11 while Malott sits outside the official rankings. The card also includes Castañeda vs. Vologdin, Jasudavicius vs. Karine Silva, Nascimento vs. Raposo, and Choi vs. Lima.
