Christian Natividad, an emerging MMA fighter and member of LFA flyweights, is gearing up for a significant bout at LFA 210 against Jose Sandoval. Originally from Hawaii, Natividad moved to Arizona for college, which he sees as a necessary step to avoid getting 'stuck' in his home state. He trains at prominent gyms in Arizona, crediting his brother, former UFC fighter Kevin Natividad, as a vital source of support and guidance in his training and career aspirations. Christian is eager to elevate his career with this upcoming fight.
"There's one thing about having a brother that's also your training partner, that's also your coach, you know. Also your best friend," Christian said.
"A lot of times, if you don't go to college, you get stuck in Hawaii. It's home. Who likes to leave home?" Natividad told Cageside Press.
"Arizona Combat Sports that's my first MMA gym. When I first moved over here that's when I started training MMA and it was AZ Combat. AZ Combat's where I get like my meat and potatoes," he said.
"(Fight Ready) I love it here. It's a good gym, lots of different bodies. The one thing I like the most here is the knowledge from the coaches."
