At least four people were killed and dozens wounded, including children. Residential buildings were damaged and civilians sheltered in metro stations. Kyiv’s military administration reported widespread strikes across the capital. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for stronger sanctions, additional air-defence systems and interceptor missiles from the EU and the US, saying current defences are insufficient. Separately, Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiysk suspended oil exports after authorities said a major Ukrainian drone attack had occurred.
