My Arcade's Super Retro Champ, a handheld device originally announced at CES four years ago but delayed, will be released this year with a price of $149.99.
The Super Retro Champ is designed specifically for classic 16-bit games, featuring slots for SNES and Genesis cartridges, including compatibility with international versions.
My Arcade states that while the Super Retro Champ offers 'hours of uninterrupted gameplay', it's better suited for use on a table than as a portable device.
Equipped with a six-inch screen and HDMI output, the Super Retro Champ allows for gameplay on a TV, but visuals won't match those of old CRT screens.
