The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, was at Willesden Sports Ground on Sunday night when she said a chunky, big dog came out of nowhere, jumped at her back and she fell flat.
The XL Bully did not bite the woman but remained on top of her, the woman claims, with the owner standing beside the dog and not intervening.
The woman told the Brent and Kilburn Times she was not badly injured but needed her wrist strapped in the hospital, was bruised and has been limping since the incident.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: 'There were no reported injuries to us, it seems as if the dog licked the woman's face.'
