"In my 10 years as a rescue paramedic I had never encountered a job quite like this. It was challenging but incredibly rewarding," said Peter Watts, the specialist rescue paramedic.
Matilda Campbell humorously noted, 'Not my feet on display like that,' along with a photo showing her soles wedged between the boulders, reflecting her light-hearted spirit during the ordeal.
Campbell described herself as highly accident-prone and humorously vowed, 'no more rock exploration for me for a while,' indicating her intent to avoid similar situations in the future.
Rescue efforts were complicated by limited phone reception in the area, which necessitated Campbell’s friends to find a better location to call for emergency help.
