In Brent, all rubbish, garden waste, and recycling collections will be affected by the Christmas and New Year bank holidays, resulting in delays to collection dates.
Harrow Council confirmed no bin collections will occur on the bank holidays, advising residents to leave out their bins on additional days to ensure collection.
