After experiencing a year of injuries that hampered his progress, Ferguson's potential as one of the Premier League's promising talents will now be nurtured under his former Brighton manager, Graham Potter. Despite past success, including a hat trick against Newcastle, his minutes have diminished recently, prompting the transfer amid West Ham's need for forwards due to injuries in their squad.
Evan has had a frustrating 12 months with injuries and for him to get back to the level he's capable of and to continue his development, he really needs to be playing regularly.
