Shocking video out of Ruidoso, New Mexico showed flooding so bad that a house was literally lifted off its foundation and swept downstream as frightened residents watched in horror.
At least three died after being swept up in the flooding, including a 7-year-old male, a 4-year-old female, and a 40-50 year-old male.
The Rio Ruidoso rose to a record-breaking 20 feet, five feet higher than the previous record, creating extremely dangerous conditions.
Emergency crews conducted dozens of rescue operations, continuing their efforts as more than 100 individuals remain missing in Texas.
