Warren Upton, at 105, was the oldest survivor of the 1941 Pearl Harbor attack and the last survivor of the USS Utah, which was bombed during the assault.
He is remembered for his harrowing experience on that fateful day, recalling the moment he felt the first torpedo hit the Utah while preparing to shave.
Upton expressed that while he did not mind recounting the events of the attack, losing fellow shipmates over the years was what truly troubled him.
After Upton's passing, the number of remaining military personnel who were present during the Pearl Harbor attack dwindled to just 15.
