USMNT forward Sargent out 8 weeks after surgery
Briefly

Norwich forward Josh Sargent has undergone surgery for a groin injury and will be out for two months, as confirmed by the club.
'He has had the surgery and it will be eight weeks from there,' manager Johannes Hoff Thorup said. 'Now it's just about rehab and nice and easy getting back in.'
Sargent, who scored four goals in nine games this season, missed the earlier part of last season due to an ankle injury. He later scored 16 goals in 30 appearances.
The 24-year-old had also started in the USMNT's first game under new head coach Mauricio Pochettino, but will miss crucial matches in the Concacaf Nations League.
