Unhinged man arrested for threatening to 'blow up' NY Sen. Cordell Cleare's Harlem office
Briefly

The suspect, identified as Vadim Dergachev, allegedly leveled a series of disturbing threats against Sen. Cordell Cleare's staff around 10:15 a.m. inside the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building, according to authorities.
Sen. Cordell Cleare was not in the office during the threats. However, she was on the phone with a staff member who reported Dergachev's intentions.
