At least four people were killed and 67 wounded across Ukraine, including two deaths at a cardiology clinic and a 12-year-old girl killed by a falling concrete slab. Zaporizhzhia suffered heavy strikes with nearly 40 injured. Zelenskyy vowed Ukraine would strike back and called for harsh international pressure, appealing to the United States, Europe, the G7 and the G20.
